From a veterinarian in Ukraine to the owner of international companies in the USA with multi-million dollar turnover, the story of Oleksandr Pasichnyk's development is impressive in scale and speed. His projects at the intersection of high technology, e-commerce, and logistics set new standards for automation in small and medium-sized businesses.

Oleksandr Pasichnyk is the founder and owner of Sadivin LLC (Delaware), a company that helps brands effectively manage sales on the world's largest marketplaces. At the same time, he is developing the Win Win Prep Center in Florida, a state-of-the-art logistics hub that generated $250,000 in revenue in its first year of operation and now handles over 500,000 items per year. In addition to his own initiatives, Oleksandr is a strategic partner and consultant to companies in the wholesale segment on Amazon, helping them achieve a turnover of hundreds of thousands of dollars within the first year.

Back in 2021, the international community recognized Pasichnyk's contribution to the development of e-commerce and logistics: for his breakthrough work on the Ysell digital platform, he won the prestigious Prime One award in the category “Leader of Logistics Solutions for Business”. Oleksandr implemented modules for automated order forecasting, warehouse process optimization, and analytics integration for marketplace sellers. In its first year, the platform helped over 500 entrepreneurs increase profitability, speed up delivery, and reduce costs. This award cemented Alexander's status as an innovator in technology solutions for global e-commerce.

In 2025, Pasichnyk was invited to join the expert jury of the prestigious European Community of Digital Marketing & Advertising (ECDMA) awards to evaluate the world's leading e-commerce and logistics professionals. He is also a member and Innovation Policy Advisor of the World Business Alliance (WBA), where he shares his experience in scaling companies and integrating artificial intelligence into business processes.

Oleksandr started his career in the agribusiness industry. In 2010, while holding the position of head veterinarian in a large Ukrainian agro-industrial company, he started to reorganize production processes. Soon he became chief zootechnician and then director of the direction.

"We inherited a huge post-Soviet apparatus with a bloated staff. We had to radically change our approaches," Pasichnyk recalls.

Even then, he was already implementing digital accounting and control tools at the production sites. Over eight years, his team optimized a network of 13 farms, focusing on the most efficient ones. The result – growth of the company's annual turnover to $25 mln and ranked second in key production metrics among Ukrainian enterprises.

Frequent business trips abroad showed Oleksandr that new competencies – from marketing to strategic planning – were needed to scale the business. This became a stimulus for studying trade and opened the way to his own projects: he started to develop a network of pet goods stores.

In Pasichnyk's companies, almost half of the processes are managed by artificial intelligence and custom-built Python scripts, which has reduced the human factor and made the business scalable. The systems created under his direct supervision reduce order processing time by 80% and allow companies to compete with large market players.

“With a turnover of a million dollars, our team consists of four employees instead of fifteen,” Oleksandr says proudly. "In three to five years, 90% of the work will be done by artificial intelligence. There will be only one specialist left with basic knowledge of the code. And perhaps he won't even be needed any time soon," the entrepreneur is sure.

Pasichnyk's plans for the coming years include expanding his presence in international markets, launching educational programs for e-commerce entrepreneurs, and developing his own solutions based on artificial intelligence. He is convinced that it is automation that will be the key to the future of business, where companies can grow faster, with lower costs, and highly accurate decision-making.

"We live in an era where the speed of technology adoption determines the success of a company. Whoever learns how to properly utilize artificial intelligence will become a market leader. My goal is to give businesses these tools and make innovation accessible to all," says Oleksandr.
