Diddy accused of sexually assaulting 13-year-old with other unknown celebrities involved

Disturbing Allegations Involving a 13-Year-Old Girl: VMAs After-Party Incident A particularly troubling allegation has emerged from a lawsuit filed by an individual referred to as Jane Doe, who asserts that she was sexually assaulted by Combs at an MTV Video Music Awards after-party in September 2000 when she was just 13 years old. The lawsuit alleges that Jane Doe was approached by the driver of Combs' limousine, who ominously suggested that she "matched what Diddy was interested in" and urged her to join an after-party that evening. Feeling dizzy and disoriented after consuming a drink provided to her, the young girl recounts being led to a private bedroom where Combs, along with two other celebrities, purportedly assaulted her while a female celebrity observed. The lawsuit outlines her traumatic experience, detailing her attempts to resist during the assault before ultimately escaping in a state of fear. These alarming allegations reveal a troubling aspect of Combs' extravagant party lifestyle, which many now argue concealed more nefarious conduct.

A woman has accused Sean "Diddy" Combs of raping her when she was just 13 years old, asserting that two other celebrities were also involved in the alleged incident. This allegation is detailed in a complaint obtained by PEOPLE, which was filed on Sunday, October 20. The woman claims that she was raped by Combs and an unnamed male celebrity while a female celebrity observed during a party at a residence in New York, following the 2000 Video Music Awards. According to the complaint, the anonymous accuser was invited to the afterparty by a limousine driver who purported to work for Combs and suggested that the mogul preferred younger girls, indicating that she "fit what Diddy was looking for." Upon her arrival at the party, she alleges that she was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement and was subsequently given a drink that she suspects was drugged. The complaint states that Combs approached her with a "crazed look in his eyes" and exclaimed, "You are ready to party!" The then-13-year-old alleges that Combs then forcefully directed her towards the male celebrity, referred to in the complaint as Celebrity A, who purportedly restrained her and raped her, while the female celebrity, identified as Celebrity B, looked on. After the male celebrity completed the act, the accuser claims that Combs then raped her in the presence of both celebrities. She is represented by prominent attorney Tony Buzbee, who has also represented women alleging sexual misconduct against Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson. Buzbee has previously held a press conference announcing that he represents over 100 individuals who have accused Combs of misconduct.

A Pattern of Abuse?

New Allegations Emerge from Multiple Accusers The case of Jane Doe marks the onset of a wave of alarming allegations. She is joined by four additional individuals—two men and two women—who assert that they were also victims of sexual assault by Diddy at various high-profile parties from 2000 to 2022. Among these accusers is a businessman who alleges he was assaulted during a Ciroc promotional event in 2022, as well as a personal trainer who claims he was drugged and sexually assaulted by Combs at an after-party for an awards ceremony that same year. The recent lawsuits suggest that Diddy’s lavish parties, once regarded as the pinnacle of Hollywood social events, may have concealed a sinister aspect that facilitated the exploitation of attendees. One woman, an independent rapper and producer, reported that she was drugged and raped by Combs in 2022 after attending one of his infamous gatherings. She recounted waking up in his office with bruises, bleeding, and significant marks on her wrists, purportedly from being restrained. This narrative presents a chilling depiction of Diddy’s alleged predatory conduct at events that have drawn some of the most prominent figures in the entertainment industry.
