Beating Benioff to 1st place in Harvard Business Review 2019 list, Huang has also been key to pushing forward Nvidia’s overall company performance in 2019, as Nvidia’s current market capitalisation just surpassed $136.6 billion, up around 74% from a low of $78.8 billion this time last year. ABOUT JENSEN HUANG Huang received his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Oregon State University in 1984, and his master’s degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University in 1992. Huang co-founded NVIDIA on his 30th birthday in 1993 and is currently the President and CEO. As of 2016, his portion of NVIDIA stock was worth $1.3 billion. The Jen-Hsun Huang School of Engineering Centre was built after Huang gave his alma mater Stanford University $30 million, becoming the second of four that make up Stanford’s new Science and Engineering Quad. ABOUT SHANTANU NARAYEN Narayen earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from University College of Engineering, Osmania University in Hyderabad, an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University, Ohio. Narayen’s career began at Apple, after which he served as Director of Silicon Graphics and Co-Founder of Pictra Inc. before moving over to Adobe Inc., in 2007, replacing outgoing CEO Bruce Chizen. He has since led the transformation and growth of Adobe’s key digital products, helping the firm exceed $100 billion in market cap for the first time in company history in 2018.
