Amanzhol Rysmendiyev, a prominent figure in business coaching across Central Asia, has been recognized as the Best Business Coach at the United Talents Award 2025 — an international distinction that honors exceptional professionals in entrepreneurship and innovation.
The award, presented during a high-profile ceremony on February 28, celebrates Rysmendiyev’s outstanding contributions to the business coaching industry and his transformative impact on entrepreneurs throughout the region. He was honored with a crystal trophy and a formal diploma, underscoring both his personal achievements and professional influence.
The United Talents Award is a global initiative created to unite and spotlight high-achieving experts, entrepreneurs, and innovators from around the world. Organized by the Best Talents Association, the Belarusian foundation White Roses, and the marketing agency Adverta, the event is supported by reputable institutions including the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (established in 1921, representing over 4,000 businesses) and the MAS-PR Production Center.
The 2025 edition attracted wide attention in the CIS region and was prominently covered by major media outlets such as RBC, Arguments and Facts, Metro, and SNG News. With a jury of 28 international experts — including diplomats, academics, business leaders, and cultural figures — the award reflects a diverse and high-level evaluation process. Jury members emphasized the award's global relevance and the opportunity it creates for cross-border collaboration. “It’s a unique platform for connecting visionary talents with potential partners,” noted Waddah Al-Joundi, one of the jurors.
Rysmendiyev stood out as the creator of the System of Business Mindset — an original concept, methodology, and educational framework he developed. This unique system combines business training with profound personal transformation, offering a holistic model that integrates entrepreneurial strategy with mindset development. It enables business owners to grow both their enterprises and their leadership potential. His work has earned recognition for reshaping how founders and executives across emerging markets approach sustainable growth.
The ceremony brought together a diverse audience of industry leaders, reinforcing the award’s stature. Rysmendiyev’s win highlights the increasing global relevance of business experts from Central Asia and reflects a broader trend: international platforms acknowledging non-Western thought leadership in areas such as coaching, mentorship, and entrepreneurship.
