T he first of four luxury superyacht-styled ships is firmly on track to set sail in May 2023, and already the new luxury brand has reached many of its major milestones including the Float Out Ceremony of the first ship, EXPLORA I. This took place on the 30th May at the famed Fincantieri shipyard in Monfalcone, Italy, marking the next chapter of her highly anticipated inaugural journey. EXPLORA II will launch in summer 2024 and is also already under construction with the keel being laid earlier this year in May. Mr Ungerer joined Explora Journeys in 2019 and plays a vital role in building an innovative, responsible, and sustainable brand.
