The Top 10 Highest Paid CEOs of 2016

Everyone knows that chief executive officers rake in the big bucks.

But which CEOs earn the highest salaries of all?

The Associated Press and executive data firm Equilar teamed up to find out. They recently published a report on the 10 highest-paid CEOs in 2016.

The study also found that, on average, CEOs saw a 8.5% raise last year.

So, while CEOs overall had a good year, here are the 10 execs who commanded the highest pay in 2016:

Salary: $28.3 million

7. Jeff Bewkes

Company: Time Warner Inc.

Salary: $32.6 million

6. Brian Roberts

Company: Comcast Corp.

Salary: $33 million

Change from 2015: – 9%

5. Robert Kotick

Company: Activision Blizzard Inc.

Salary: $33.1 million

4. David Zaslav

Company: Discovery Communications

Salary: $37.2 million
